Este mes de febrero participaré el día 21 bien en Zaragoza (Du-Tritón de carretera) o en Alcañiz (Du-Cros promoción), eso si antes no "me caliento" y me acerco con Miren al Du-Reus el día 14, ya veremos, pero al haber pasado de la situación de solo poder ir a carreras que fueran en domingo a tener disponibilidad para todas el abanico es amplísimo, por lo que aprovecharé esta situación ya que nunca se sabe cuando va a cambiar de nuevo.
Después el día 27 Du-Carretera organizado por el club BAZ-Triatlón, si no nos vamos de viaje a perdernos un poco acudiré también, una prueba nueva tiene que estar apoyada, aunque creo que va ha ser multitudinaria. Sin descanso llega el Du-Castellote (¡madre mía, los forasteros no se hacen a la idea de lo que se van a encontrar!) que lo mismo me apunto a élite, según me vea, por sufrir un poco más.
Pero donde me gustaría hacer un buen resultado sería en el Cto. Aragón de Duatlón en Zargoza, ya sea en el circuito del CAD o del Bº S.José, los dos me gustan mucho, y aunque soy consciente de no ser un especialista en la modalidad los perfiles (llanos y con frenadas-arrancadas) me vienen bastante bien, así que "lo daré todo" e intentaré estar lo más arriba posible y ayudar a mi equipo para estar lo mejor posible y empezar puntuando bien para el Ránking Aragonés.
En cuanto a los entrenamientos vamos pasito a paso, escuchando mucho al cuerpo para no caer en el sobreentrenamiento pero creemos que vamos por el buen camino, ahora sábado me voy a hacer 15x100 en la piscina descansando 20'', y después 4x9' R=1'trote y 3andando-estirando.

TRICHY, yo hice el de Reus hace muuuucho (bueno 4 ó 5 años) y no me gustó. De hecho fue el primero de carretera que hacía,con una bici que me prestó Biciacción. Eso si, mucho nivel, pero el circuito de correr feo con muchas aceras y poca gente indicando, y luego muy peligrosa la carretera, por la antigua Nacional que baja hasta Tarragona y mucha circulación de coches en el mismo sentido de la carrera (¡vamos que te pasaban a 2 metros, y tú compitiendo y en grupos!!!!). Pasé más miedo que vergüenza, pensando que si nos caíamos nos pasaban por encima 40 coches... Lo único "bueno", fue, que aunque parezca mentira gané a Codoñairon-man (las pocas veces que lo he hecho en duatlon) y le metí 2' pues yo cogí un buen grupo y él se quedó sólo.
