Ahora toca recuperarse y a empezar a entrenar para la próxima temporada, yo ya llevo 1 semana entrenando un poquito y en las tres semanas de descanso (activo) he estado nadando unos 1000m (como me dijo Alberto) tres días a la semana y la verdad es que así no pierdo sensaciones en el agua. Ahora ya se sabe, técnica y técnica de natación, los que nadamos mal es lo que toca. Pero sin olvidar el resto.
